What is home automation?
Home automation is the art of integrating multi room audio & video, lighting, heating and security into one whole house system, to deliver comfort, convenience and energy efficiency in your home. Put simply, it's about making technology work seamlessly by integrating all the subsystems in your home into one single control interface.

Save Time: A single button push on a control device can turn off all the lights, TV's or Audio Zones in your home at once.
Save Money: Reduce your electricity bill using "All Off" features programmed into your automation system.

What is a home cinema and how does it benefit me?
A home cinema system from Incontrol can come in many forms. We design cinema systems to suit your requirements and your budget. We can provide dedicated projector based home cinema's with 7.2 surround sound for those looking to replicate the local theatre at home, while also providing a solution incorporating a plasma TV and a 5.1 surround sound system for those with a smaller space. We design and commission every aspect of the room and take great care with every detail from the acoustics of the room to the aesthetics and lighting.
A home cinema system can provide the whole family with hours of entertainment - from watching their favourite shows and movies in HD to playing the latest game releases on their Xbox360, PS3 or Wii.

What is best for home cinema installations, Plasma or Projector?
A home cinema can be based around a flat screen plasma TV, LCD TV or a projector and projector screen. A projector-based cinema is the most cost effective option when screen measurements exceed 65 inches. A projector and screen are easier to hide in a ceiling and can provide as large an image as the dimensions of your room allow. The quality of home cinema projectors is constantly improving and the images are of an extremely high quality. Projectors require near darkness in order to produce the best images. A flat screen can provide a good solution if this is a problem. We can install flat screens measuring up to 103 inches.

What are the benefits of multi room audio and video?
A well designed multi room audio/visual system combines to deliver the convenience of watching your favourite tv shows, movies or listening to your favourite music collection, wherever and whenever you want to. DVD's can be held on a hard-disc storage device and viewed on any TV. The kids can watch their favourite Disney Movie while you immerse yourself in the latest Hollywood Blockbuster, all from the same storage device. Likewise with music - relax to your favourite artist, without being interrupted by the kids changing the CD to the latest pop sensation! alternatively, plug your iPod into a discreetly located docking station and stream your music to any room you choose. Hard disc storage systems enable multiple access to a DVD or CD collection simultaneously. Its like everyone has their very own system!.
